Worth vs asking price

Compare Prices
and Spot Deals

Knowing what a game is worth is one thing — knowing whether a copy is a bargain is another. Compare the CEV against the asking price and see at a glance.

How it works

Is this copy a deal?

MyPlayersVault sets each game's CEV — what it is genuinely worth — against the price it is being sold at, so an under-priced copy stands out immediately.

The gap that matters

Under-priced or over-priced, at a glance

When the CEV sits well above the asking price, a copy may be under-priced and worth a closer look. When the asking price runs ahead of the CEV, it may be over-priced. Either way you are comparing against real market value, not a hunch.

Questions

Comparison FAQ

How do I compare game prices?
Look up a game and MyPlayersVault shows its CEV value next to the asking price, so you can see whether a copy is priced above or below what it is worth.
How do I spot an under-priced game?
When a copy's asking price sits below its CEV, it may be under-priced. The bigger the gap, the more it stands out.
Is this financial advice?
No. The comparison is collector context to help you decide — it is not investment advice.
What is CEV?
CEV stands for Collector Equity Value: MyPlayersVault's own estimate of what a game is genuinely worth to a collector, based on its vault score and live market data. It values the game in NEW condition, and where there is no NEW price it is based on the USED value instead.
Is it free to use?
A free account gives you a capped number of checks; Pro unlocks full access. Early members lock in a lower price while the platform is still in development.
